Our plum pudding is special. All of the ingredients are natural, with no additives of any kind. Our treasured recipe has stood the test of time, and our unique way of cooking it (sous vide) has ensured a most perfectly cooked pudding. And, for your convenience, we sell it vacuumed packaged so that all you need to do is submerge it in a pot of simmering water to heat. EASY — AND It comes with a recipe for brandy sauce and the traditional HARD sauce
