Our rich fruit cake bases are made with only the highest-quality ingredients to ensure your decorated cake will taste as good as it looks. The fruit is soaked in brandy for several days and then baked uniquely, sealing moisture. Our cakes are glazed with apricot jam and layered with homemade marzipan and Royal Icing.

Ingredients: mixed raisins, currants, sultanas, dried cranberries, almonds, spices, organic eggs, white flour, treacle, butter, brandy, muscovado sugar, and orange zest. The topping comprises apricot jam, marzipan, icing sugar, and lemon juice.
