We are making this popular quiche special for the Easter Weekend celebrations.

Our quiche crust is a homemade pate brisee made with artisanal butter and organic white flour. Add our own house-smoked Arctic char, local fresh free-run eggs, French gruyere and cheddar cheese, organic milk, and cream, and what is not to love about this custard-like quiche? 

Ingredients: butter, flour, salt, eggs, whole milk, cream, gruyere cheese, smoked arctic char, onions, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
