These spring coil whisks are one of my treasured finds. When I need to beat an egg quickly, emulsify dressing or whip cream. It has the perfect balance and control performance and is easy to use and comfortable to hold. However, the task I use it for most is deglazing a pan when making a pan sauce. I can't live without it.
