When students use my favourite Chef's knife in class, they always ask where I purchased it. The story behind this knife is my exciting adventure at the 'New York Culinary Experience', where I was fortunate enough to cook alongside some of the world's most renowned chefs like Chef Dan Barber; Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten; April Bloomfield and more. This knife was my gift from this event. The precision forged construction, ergonomic non-slip handle, and high carbon German stain steel resists rust, corrosion and discolouration. I have more expensive Japanese knives, but I always use this favourite.
