Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional Chef instructors. You will learn the most important thing about cooking: the tasting and adjusting of a recipe.
We believe that every recipe is merely a guide due to the variability of ingredients. For example, the taste of a tomato grown in the Mediterranean and one grown in Ontario is so different that a recipe developed in Italy needs to be adjusted at the end. There is a method and a skill to this very important stage of cooking and this is what you will learn in our classes.
