6-inch - 2 to 3 servings - Our fruit galettes are made to order and based on the availability of seasonal fruits. 

Ingredients: Our pastry is made with artisanal butter, organic flour, white corn flour, sour cream, and salt. Most of our Galettes have Ontario apples to give them form. Then, they are augmented with the freshest seasonal fruit available, like rhubarb in the spring, strawberries and blueberries in the summer, and cranberries and apples in the fall.
