If you have never roasted a chicken, this class is for you. It used to be an easy dish to serve, but now this classic skill has been lost and replaced by the ‘Rotisserie chicken’. Please return it to your kitchen, learn to trust and roast the bird, and prepare a delicious meal from scratch.
In this hands-on class, we will make a Whole Roast Chicken, roasted potatoes, crispy roasted Brussels sprouts, plus Salted Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownies.
