One of my students who attended the original 'French Bistro' class gave us an idea. He loved it so much, so why not do a sequel? The menu in this class is one step up from Bistro Fare.

Poulet à la Dijonnaise - Dijon Chicken -Learn to braise chicken in a creamy sauce.

Pommes Mont D’OR - Piped Pureed Potatoes with a crispy crust

Dessert - Crêpes Flambées - The iconic crêpes flambées are made à la minute, flambéed in a syrup of lemon and orange juice, sugar, Grand Marnier and cognac. 

Cost: $145 per person ($290 for two people- limit of 4 people per customer purchase)

Landaise Potatoes

Learn a classic and easy French cooking method that does not require parboiling the potatoes. These potatoes sautéed in duck fat with cured ham, onions, and mushrooms are to die for.
