What can I say? We have had so many requests to add this show-stopper item to our menu that we had to comply, at least for special occasions like Thanksgiving. Chicken breasts are stuffed with sauteed leeks, goat cheese, and roasted garlic and wrapped in phyllo.

Ingredients: chicken breasts; goat cheese, cream cheese, leeks, roasted garlic, phyllo pastry and an artist’s touch.
