What can I say? We have had so many requests to add this show-stopper item to our menu that we had to comply. Chicken breasts are stuffed with sauteed leeks, goat cheese, and roasted garlic and wrapped in phyllo.

Ingredients: chicken breasts; goat cheese, cream cheese, leeks, roasted garlic, phyllo pastry and an artist’s touch.
