Roma - Typical Italian Dishes

You dream of a trip to Rome but can’t travel right now. So, next best thing, let’s make some of those beloved dishes right here in TO

The menu includes Warmed Olives as an appetizer, Tuscan Soup for the first course and the famous Roman pasta - Cacio e Pepe

Dessert - TBD

After the preparation, our chef instructors will plate the meal, and the students will be seated to enjoy their creations. During the meal, the student chefs will explain how they prepared their recipe so that everyone learns to make all the dishes. The recipes will be e-mailed to the students after the class.

Menu

The stated menu may differ due to seasonality, ingredient availability, and our creative impulses. However, the final menu will remain faithful to the course theme.

Class Time: 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm

What to expect in our classes:

Great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques. You’ll work with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Hands-on classes led by an experienced Cordon Bleu-trained chef.

  • Learn fundamental skills for a lifetime of great cooking, including knife skills.

  • Work side-by-side with other students to prepare the recipes.

  • Have a great meal with your classmates at the end of the class, where you will engage and share what you learned from all the recipes.

  • Classes are 2 to 2.5 hours unless otherwise noted above.

  • Held in our state-of-the-art cooking Studio

  • Intimate classes, limited to 8 - 10 participants

Scheduled Classes vs. Private Events: Our Scheduled classes are not private. That means the limit for a group that knows each other is four. If you have more than four guests, this becomes a private event. We can give you a quote for an event of this kind. Please get in touch with me directly.

There is no refund for the class. However, if you cannot make the scheduled date and let us know five working days before your confirmed class, we will reschedule you for a future class.

Cancellations: If you must cancel at the last minute, please send a friend to your place, as we have planned the class for the confirmed number of guests.

Change in Class Date: If, due to unforeseen circumstances, this class has to be moved to another date, you will be notified at least two working days before the class.
