Roasting - A Whole Chicken and More

If you have never roasted a chicken, this class is for you. It used to be an easy dish to serve, but now this classic skill has been lost and replaced by the ‘Rotisserie chicken’. Please return it to your kitchen, learn to trust and roast the bird, and prepare a delicious meal from scratch.

In this hands-on class, we will make a Whole Roast Chicken, roasted potatoes, crispy roasted Brussels sprouts, plus Salted Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownies.

After the preparation, our chef instructors will plate the meal, and the students will be seated to enjoy their creations. During the meal, the student chefs will explain how they prepared their recipe so that everyone learns to make all the dishes. The recipes will be e-mailed to the students after the class.

Class Time: 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm

New Covid-19 Protocols

We want to keep everyone safe, especially those that

immune-compromised. But, unfortunately, social distancing is not always

possible in the kitchen. 

 

  • Facemasks are NOT required for attendees. (Facemasks are not a restriction; they are for protection. However, at the same time, they are optional based on every individual's needs)

  • Proof of vaccination is NOT required.

  • All of our Staff are fully vaccinated.

  • Our Staff will wear masks during the event to protect you and future clients at upcoming events. 

What to expect in our classes:

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. You'll work with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Hands-on classes led by an experienced Chef

  • Learn fundamental skills for a lifetime of great cooking

  • Learn knife skills

  • Work side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish

  • Interact with the Chef for a rich learning experience

  • Classes are 2 to 2.5 hours unless otherwise noted above

  • Held in our state-of-the-art professional catering facility

  • Intimate classes, limited to 10 participants

NOTES: 

Guests are welcome to BYO wine.

Menus may not be the same as stated in the overview due to seasonality and availability of ingredients. However, the final menu will remain faithful to the course theme.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, this class has to be moved to another date, you will be notified at least two working days before the class. 

There is no refund for the class. However, if you have to cancel the course and let us know five working days before the class, you can reschedule for another class of your choice.

If you have to cancel at the last minute, please send a friend in your place.
