Due to the regulation constraints resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, classes are now sold in pairs. Book a class as a couple or bring a close friend or colleague in your social circle. Our classes are limited to 6 guests to allow for social distancing.

You want to have your friends over to celebrate a holiday, a birthday or a special milestone, but you don’t have a lot of room. This class will give you ideas for creating a casual setting where guests will be satiated with several tasty and easy to eat hors d’oeuvres or small plates. This is the course for you. From how to plan, organize, and prepare the tasty morsels well in advance to ideas for hosting your guests stress-free. 

The class begins with creating homemade Japanese eggplant sandwiches stuffed with goat cheese and leeks. Next, you will prepare bacon-wrapped halloumi bites with tomatoes. Continue sharpening your culinary skills while learning how to assemble spicy toast with a lemon-pea mash, then finish this delectable meal with the creation of a juicy strawberry dessert.

After the preparation, our chef will plate the meal, and the students will be seated to enjoy their creations. Please BYO wine if you would like to add to the enjoyment of your meal.
