Due to the regulation constraints resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, classes are now sold in pairs. Book a class as a couple or bring a close friend or colleague in your social circle. Our classes are limited to 6 guests to allow for social distancing.
Take the stress out of hosting with this effortless make-ahead menu. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to create a casual dinner party perfect for gathering with friends using local seasonal ingredients.
Your three-course class begins with layering a vibrant sugar snap pea salad with arugula, fresh herbs and homemade vinaigrette. Then, learn how to assemble chicken phyllo stuffed with goat cheese, leeks and roasted garlic, and discover how to prepare a flavour-packed jewelled couscous. Finish your dinner party with a decadent molten chocolate cake. Your next dinner party will surely impress your guests!
After the preparation, our chef will plate the meal and the students will be seated to enjoy their creations. Please BYO wine if you would like to add to the enjoyment of your meal.
