As it happens, in Toronto, we are very fortunate to be able to source most of the ingredients required to create a wonderful Exotic Moroccan meal. In this hands-on class you and the other participants will work together in teams of 2 to 3 on a 4 to 5 course meal that will include a tagine, a couscous and other dishes using preserved lemons, pomegranate seeds, orange blossom water and more..., You will sit down at the end of the session and enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine.
